Cette maison à combles aménagés d’une surface habitable de 88 m² est construite sur vide sanitaire. Elle comprend 3 chambres, un séjour cuisine de plus de 38 m², une salle de bains, un WC indépendant et un garage intégré.

Les menuiseries sont en PVC de couleur blanche. La toiture est réalisée en tuiles béton double romane. Plusieurs couleurs d’enduit extérieur sont proposées.
Pour votre confort, nous l’avons équipée d’un système isolant de haute performance, d’une climatisation réversible (Pompe A Chaleur Air/Air), de volets roulants motorisés et pilotables à distance, d’une box domotique et d’un chauffe-eau thermodynamique.
